Trista is a native Oregonian and mother of three. Trista studied Liberal Arts at Portland State University after receiving her Associates Degree in General Studies at Portland Community College. Trista has worked in the social service industry for the last 12 years, working with at risk children, adults with developmental disabilities, and adults that have been chronically homeless with dual diagnosis.
Trista’s personal experiences with homelessness, domestic violence, and drug addiction give her a unique understanding of the day to day struggles our families experience. She uses her education and life experiences to give back to her community and help empower our families to change their lives.
In her free time (the little bit she gets as a mother of three!) she enjoy swimming, dancing, going to the movies, camping at the family campsite in Logsden, Oregon and meeting new and interesting people.
